Any individual residing in Newburgh or New Windsor who is home-bound and has difficulty cooking – because of age, illness, injury or disability - can apply to receive meals. There is a modest charge for those who are able to pay, and we also participate in most managed long term care insurance plans. We rely on donations to cover the rest of our costs.
